Bangle Size Guide – How to Measure Your Wrist
Finding the right size is essential for comfort, wearability, and security when it comes to jade bangles. This guide will help you measure accurately and choose the best fit.
Step 1: Measure Your Hand (Not Just Your Wrist)
Because jade bangles are solid, circular pieces with no clasp, they must slide over your knuckles. That means your hand—not your wrist—is the widest part the bangle needs to pass through.
How to Measure Your Hand
- Bring your fingers together as if putting on a bangle. Tuck your thumb toward your palm.
- Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper) around the widest part of your knuckles.
- Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. Record the circumference in centimeters or inches.
✨ Tip: If using a paper strip, mark where it overlaps and measure the length with a ruler.
Step 2: Find Your Inner Diameter
Use the chart below to convert your hand circumference into an estimated inner diameter in millimeters (mm). Note that most people can comfortably wear a range of sizes depending on the thickness and shape of the bangle.
If you're between sizes, it's generally safer to size up for easier wear—especially if you're new to wearing jade bangles.
