Refund policy
Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds
At Harmony of Jade, each piece is carefully selected and inspected to ensure quality. As our jade items are natural, one-of-a-kind, and delicate, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked. To cancel, please email us at harmonyofjade@gmail.com with your order number.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Exchanges (14-Day Window)
We do not accept general returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You must request the exchange within 14 days of receiving your item
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- A proof of purchase is required
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs related to the exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at harmonyofjade@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at harmonyofjade@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
We take product quality seriously and will do our best to resolve the matter quickly. Depending on the situation, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement (if available) at no additional cost
All damage or issue reports must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
- Items marked as sale
- Gift cards
Refunds (For Cancellations, Damaged Items, or Approved Exchanges)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at harmonyofjade@gmail.com.
