At Harmony of Jade, we aim to deliver each order with care, efficiency, and transparency.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
We offer free international shipping via Thailand Post. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. While delays are rare, shipping times may vary slightly due to local customs processing or postal service disruptions in your area.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the package arrives in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We advise checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
